the three blue rings are a sterile Ink that marks the flap and surrounding layer so that when the flap is put back down, the surgeon can line up the lines to ensure the flap is in the correct posistion.

had it 3 times and miopy is back, don’t know why though and every case is different but i lived 2 years happily without my lenses!

NO, its really not that bad, I have done it, and I will do it again!!!, its great to be able to see again, and not worry about contacts or glasses, you dont feel a thing!!! not painfull at all, just a bit discomfort, but its like for 2 minutes… compare 2 min of discomfort to be able to see for the REST of your life…. IT IS SOOO WORTH IT!!!

how to be sure its not gonna open again after you close you eye. i know it is weird question.

The surgery is performed under local anesthesia. With drops. the patient is awake but doesnt hurt
